The Club Entrance pass is essentially a one-day access pass that includes entry to the pool and beach services (such as umbrellas and parasols). It is the first and most valuable package, and is complimentary for Arion Guests.

The Club Entrance pass provides entry to Palm Restaurant, offering food and drinks for a minimum charge that covers the cost of entry.

The biggest benefit of this pass is the significant cost savings it offers.

The Privilege Day is a one-day pass granting access to the A Zone Palm Beach, including the pool, gym, spa, bar, restaurant, beach services, and other recreational facilities. It provides entry to a range of sports, leisure, and recreational services available at the resort for a limited duration.

Food and drink packages are also included, featuring internationally brand labels for a delightful dining experience.

The Exclusive Day pass is your ticket to indulge in the offerings of the B Zone Palm Beach, including beach cabanas (up to 4 persons), gym, spa, bar, restaurant, beach services, and various recreational facilities. This pass grants you unlimited access to sports, leisure, and recreational services for a day of pure luxury and relaxation.

Beach entrance operates on a first-come, first-served basis and cannot be reserved. To secure your spot, we advise arriving early to avoid being placed on a waiting list. For guaranteed seating in cabanas, we recommend pre-booking through the Palm Reception for a seamless experience.

1. The Club will provide a Pass card to residents and eligible family members who are entitled to membership privileges. These cards will feature the member's name, club account number, and membership category. Cards will be issued once dues have been paid upon entry. Pass cards will not be issued to children under the age of five or over the age of ten.
2. Members and their families are required to carry their passcards at all times when utilizing the Club facilities.
3. Members are kindly asked to check in at the Club valet area and may be requested to present their pass card upon entering the Club facilities.
4. A pass card is non-transferable and may only be utilized by the individual to whom it is issued. Pass cards cannot be transferred to others.
5. To safeguard members from unauthorized charges and to ensure access to preferred pricing, pass cards must be shown at the point of sale for all transactions, including food and beverage purchases. Remember to present your pass card to enjoy these benefits.
6. The cards are only valid for one day and cannot be used the following day.
7. In case of a lost or stolen card, please notify the Club immediately. Until the Club receives written notification of the card loss or theft, the member will be held responsible for any charges incurred. A card replacement fee, determined by the Club, may apply.
